Use of rooms 1 through 5 (main floor). Bedrooms 6 and 7 and the ground-floor dining room are closed.
More than 9 guests:
Bedrooms 6 and 7 (ground floor) are enabled and bedroom 5 (single) is closed.
Rates and availability:
- Rates depend on the season. Select a period to see the exact price for your stay.
- Payments: 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €1000 is required.
- Reservations are for a minimum of 5 nights, except in July and August when reservations are for 7 nights.

- Events permitted (family reunions, birthdays, and weddings): €2,000 supplement €2,000 deposit (20-40 people)

- Responsible use of water and electricity
- The property must be left clean, free of litter, and in the same condition as upon arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 45 days in advance: 100% loss.
- Cancellation between 45 and 90 days in advance: 50% loss.
- Cancellation more than 90 days in advance: 100% refund.
Deposits will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation.

- A copy of all guests' ID will be required upon arrival.
- Safety features: Fire extinguishers and first aid kit.
- This property is managed by a private host (EU consumer law does not apply).
