Bedrooms 6 and 7 (ground floor) are made available and bedroom 5 (single) is closed.

Rates and availability:

  • Rates vary depending on the season. Select a period to see the exact price of your stay.
  • Payments: 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Deposit: A refundable deposit of €1000 is required.
  • Reservations are for a minimum of 5 nights, except in July and August which are for 7 nights.


  • Accommodation rules

    • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
    • Permitted events (family reunions, birthdays, and weddings): €2,000 supplement €2,000 deposit (20-40 people)
    • Children welcome (cot and highchair available)
    • No smoking inside
    • Not rented to groups under 35 years old
    • Music and noise restricted from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM (max. 55 dB)
    • Responsible use of water and electricity
    • The property must be left clean, without rubbish, and in the same condition as on arrival

  • Cancellation policy

    • Cancellation less than 45 days in advance: 100% loss
    • Cancellation between 45 and 90 days in advance: 50% loss
    • Cancellation more than 90 days in advance: 100% refund

    Deposits will be fully refunded in case of cancellation.


  • Other information

    • Upon arrival, a copy of the identity document of all guests will be requested.
    • Safety measures: fire extinguishers and first aid kit.
    • This accommodation is managed by a private owner (EU consumer protection legislation does not apply).
